Meredith has been on a journey of personal transformation. She left the corporate world to live her purpose, which is to equip women to overcome their self-imposed limitations and rediscover ALL of their confidence, so that they believe they are worthy of their dreams.

She is a coach, an author and a speaker who believes we all have a responsibility to show up as our genuine, imperfect, amazing selves in the world so that we create space for others to do the same.

Meredith spent many years working in corporate inclusion and diversity and she has a passion for driving change in inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility and strives to lead with curiosity and courage.
