Lindsay is a passionate and strategic leader, consultant and a connector of people. With a background in psychology and law and having worked for 15 years in the fast paced and often challenging energy sector, Lindsay leads with empathy and curiosity in all aspects of her work and personal life. Lindsay’s passion for Diversity, Inclusion, Accessibility and Belonging began very early in her life, and she has proactively engaged in this space for the last several years, working with multi-national organizations and small consultancies alike in helping to create a more inclusive world that is accessible by all.
Lindsay is proud to have contributed to the inaugural Human Movement retreat, hosted by Inclusive Concepts in 2022, and is thrilled to contribute once again the incredible Leading with Heart conference. Lindsay is a big thinking person who is looking forward to connecting with you to hear your story and to help the world a more equitable and inclusive place, one engagement at a time.
