Leading With HEART

Hello

We are thrilled to share more with you about our second conference being held in Kananaskis, Alberta, in April 2024. Last year, the Human Movement was created to be a unique and one-of-a-kind experience for leaders, champions, and change agents to expand their knowledge in the continually growing inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility (IDEA) space. Since then, we have listened to you and partnered with our community who is providing guidance and expertise to co-create our new conference: Leading with HEART (Humility, Empathy, Authenticity, Resiliency, and CuriosiTy).

What is the Leading with HEART Conference?

This inspirational experience will go beyond learning, development, and connection by providing intentional spaces and opportunities for attendees to reflect, rest, and recharge. This conference welcomes IDEA practitioners and stakeholders while diving deeper into the IDEA space with senior leaders who are the drivers of organizational change. We believe lasting impact is made when inclusivity is advocated for at all levels, including senior leadership.

Our Story

Inclusive Concepts Inc. has a primary focus on creating an inclusive employee culture where all individuals feel valued and able to contribute to their full potential. With over 20+ years working in Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility (IDEA), we have seen IDEA efforts evolve from the earliest top-down corporate anti-discrimination policies and unconscious bias training to the latest fully integrated, high-energy IDEA programs that engage and energize people at all levels of the organization. We work with organizations within many different sectors to provide strategic help to review and recommend changes, and design and develop workshops that provide awareness, education, and practical adoption strategies.
Our team has partnered with over 40 organizations across Canada to support their journey to become more inclusive, diverse, equitable, and accessible (IDEA). Inclusive Concepts is a thought leader and engages with innovators, champions, and changes agents in the IDEA space.
