Adviti Sharma (she/her/hers) is passionate about supporting her diverse community and continually learning about the ID&B (Inclusion, Diversity, and Belonging) space.
Being raised in Canada as a POC (Person of Color) and a woman, she learned to embrace her background and learn about the many intersectional identities within Canada. She understands that all voices, perspectives, and identities are integral to driving positive change everywhere, including in organizations. She is excited to grow her career creating spaces where people are confident showing up authentically.
Adviti believes in the power of curiosity. While pursuing her studies in Social/Cultural Anthropology and Commerce, she applied and expanded her knowledge volunteering for inclusive community organizations and working in corporate environments. These experiences formed and reinforced her desire to contribute to the ID&B space.
Fostering learning and connection for all is how she believes we will build a highly inclusive world. She recognizes, respects, and is grateful to live on Treaty 7 land (the traditional and ancestral territory of the Blackfoot Confederacy).
