Leanne Gawley, a neurodivergent serial student with a love for baking and culture, is the founder of Leanne Gawley Executive Coaching. She’s an internationally experienced finance pro, currently serving as CFO and Director at Shell Canada Limited. Previously, she worked abroad in Madagascar, becoming a stepmother to two boys. Leanne earned her CPA in 2011, MBA in 2015, and has achieved multiple certifications in executive coaching while growing her business. Dedicated to people and passionate about Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility, Leanne’s personal journey alongside her husband’s immigration, and the goal of fostering a better world for their blended family, has fueled her commitment.
