Steph is a born and raised Calgarian with a passion for family, photography, golf, and dogs. She uses her voice to influence change in her role as the Co-Chair of Prism, Suncor’s 2SLGBTQ+ Network and within her online social media presence. She has been with Suncor for 11 years in various Supply Chain positions, most recently as part of their S4 migration project and is now a Sr. Business Process Advisor.
Growing up in Calgary and coming out at a young age, Steph remembers feeling confused and having to hide who she was. She played hockey for 16 years traveling around Canada, the US and even Denmark, Norway and Sweden until attending Clarkson University in Upstate New York. She returned to Calgary soon after and has since held positions within Waste Management, the Forzani Group and now Suncor.
Inclusion and Diversity is very important to Steph and she believes that everyone has responsibility to make sure that no matter who we are or what community we are a part of, it is important to be informed, be aware and most of all, have respect for all.
