Our Story

Inclusive Concepts began with a personal story of growth and passion.

Narissa was once a co-op intern working under Inez in the corporate world, and their shared experiences in these environments sparked a desire for deeper change.

Inez, driven by a vision to make tangible, lasting impact in the realm of inclusion and belonging, took the leap and started her own consulting company. She saw firsthand the struggles organizations faced in trying to create diverse and equitable workplaces with limited resources and understanding.

Knowing that real change was possible, she set out to provide the tools, knowledge, and support that could embed inclusion into an organization’s very fabric. And when it came time to expand the team, she brought Narissa back on board as her first full-time hire, continuing the journey they started together.
