Inez Ashworth (She/Her/Hers)
Founder and Consultant
Inez Ashworth (she/her) is your friendly neighbourhood culture shifter, a passionate people connector, and an unapologetic advocate for equality and social justice. From day one, she’s been the type of person who talks to strangers, stands up to bullies, and dares to wear orange and red together (yep, still does). If there’s a space where people need to feel valued and included, Inez is there, making it happen with her British wit and a big helping of empathy.
As a white, neurodiverse immigrant with a few invisible disabilities, she’s got first hand knowledge of what it means to feel “othered”—which is why she’s on a mission to create spaces where everyone feels like they belong. Her secret sauce? A good mix of community involvement, volunteering, and a whole lot of mentoring.
Inez founded Inclusive Concepts to spark real change. She doesn’t just tick the box on Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Accessibility; she helps organizations create a lasting cultural shift. Whether through workshops, speaking engagements, or tailored strategies, she’s all about helping people bring their authentic selves to the workplace.
Fun fact: last year, she stepped out of her comfort zone to join 30 extraordinary women in sharing their stories of moving to Canada, each celebrating the courage, diversity, and shared narratives that connect us all.
Living on Treaty 7 territory, Inez considers herself one lucky human, chasing her dreams with creativity, energy, and a passion for people. And let’s be honest—she’s probably still standing up to bullies and making friends with the new kid.
