HUMILITY – EMPATHY – AUTHENTICITY – RESILIENCY – CURIOSITY

INCLUSION, DIVERSITY, EQUITY AND ACCESSIBILITY CONFERENCE
ROCKY MOUNTAINS | OCTOBER 2025

Hello Partners!

leading with heart 2025

Join Us in Leading with HEART – A Two-Part Leadership Experience

The Leading with HEART Conference is more than just an event, it’s a movement designed to transform workplace culture and equip leaders with the tools to drive lasting impact.
This year, we are expanding our impact with two interconnected events:

Leading with HEART Conference (October 5–7, 2025 | British Columbia)
A three-day immersive experience bringing together corporate leaders, DEI professionals, and changemakers to engage in powerful discussions, share best practices, and reimagine what it means to foster truly inclusive workplaces.

Leading with HEART Executive Leadership Summit (November 2025 | Alberta)
A half-day exclusive event designed specifically for senior leaders and decision-makers to take key learnings from the conference and turn them into action.
This summit will provide executives with the tools, resources, and strategies they need to implement real change within their organizations.

By sponsoring Leading with HEART, you are supporting both events, ensuring your brand is front and center with both DEI professionals driving change and the executives who have the power to execute it.

We acknowledge and are grateful to live, work, and play in the traditional meeting place of diverse Indigenous Peoples whose ancestors’ footsteps marked this land for centuries.

This program has been approved by CPHR Alberta for 11.5 Continuing Professional Development hours.

PASSION AND PURPOSE IN ACTION

As the founders of Inclusive Concepts Inc., a proudly women-owned business, we have dedicated our careers to creating spaces where organizations can come together, support one another, and create real change. We have seen firsthand how powerful it is when diverse voices are uplifted and when those committed to this work have a community to lean on.

Leading with HEART is more than a conference to us, it is a mission. It’s about bringing together leaders, visionaries, and advocates who are passionate about moving beyond performative actions and into real, systemic transformation. We understand the challenges that come with pushing for inclusion in corporate spaces, and this event is designed to equip, inspire, and energize those doing the work every day.

We believe in the power of connection, and we know that when passionate people come together, they create waves of impact. We can’t wait to welcome you into this movement and continue building a future where belonging is the norm not the exception.

OUR COMMUNITY PARTNERS

A Commitment to Intersectional Inclusion

At Leading with HEART, we believe that meaningful change happens when diverse voices are intentionally included. That’s why we’ve carefully selected our Community Partners, leaders, advocates, and practitioners who bring both lived experience and deep expertise in this space. These partners help shape our agenda, curate impactful speakers, and ensure that the conference is built through an intersectional and inclusive lens. Their insight ensures we go beyond the surface, fostering dialogue that is authentic, action-oriented, and transformative.

This year, we are honored to host the Leading with HEART Conference at St. Eugene Resort in Cranbrook, BC a venue deeply rooted in history, healing, and Indigenous leadership. We deliberately chose St. Eugene Resort as an Indigenous-owned and operated venue to align with our commitment to truth, reconciliation, and equitable partnerships that foster long-term impact.
