The Human Movement 2022
Consciously shaping the Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility Space
What is The Human Movement
A movement like no other where we will go beyond the typical dialogue and discuss the ways that multiple forms of inequality or disadvantage can create invisible barriers for many individuals inside of organizations and determine practical ways to remove those barriers.
Leaders, champions, and change agents will leave this experience with new ideas on how to build more inclusive workplaces where everyone can thrive, regardless of their gender, ethnicity, physical and cognitive ability, sexual orientation, or gender identity and be able to unlock the full potential of all employees in your organization. Ultimately supporting your organization’s ongoing inclusion journey.
Attendees will not only be able to find their own sense of belonging in this inclusive environment but be able to hear speakers discuss several important topics in the inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility space including:
- Accessibility,
- Allyship,
- Future of work,
- Intersectionality,
- Mental health,
- Mentorship and sponsorship,
- Psychological safety, and
- Workplace inclusion.
Attendees will have the opportunity to engage one-on-one with our speakers and facilitators during networking opportunities and share their unique stories with one another.
